Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at support@imrg1946.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The IMRG is the Indian Motorcycle Riders Group. This is a community of Riders for Riders. We are here for owners, their families, and friends to have a local riding group and local community to have fun with. There are chapters across the USA and also internationally. When you are a member of a local IMRG you really are a part of something much bigger than just your local group.

IMRG 1946 - North Coast Cleveland is the local chapter of the Indian Motorcycle Riders Group for North Coast Cleveland. We are a riders group, open to all who ride - two wheels, or three, you're with us!

Reach out to us directly by emailing support@imrg1946.com, or filling out the form on our home page.  Once we talk you through what being in our group entails, you're welcome to join us at one of our Monthly Meetings, meet the crew and submit your application officially. There are no riding requirements to join, or retain membership, and the yearly dues are currently $20.

First and foremost, we are an inclusive organization of motorcycle enthusiasts (with heavy lean towards Indian Motorcycles!), that at our core want to enjoy each other's company, support Indian Motorcycle, ride together, laugh together, and support each other and make a difference. We support 3 charities in some capacity, with The Sub Zero Mission being our "official" charity. We also ride in the yearly Indian Motorcycle Fold of Honors ride, and we support Olivia's Dream. Find more details on those organizations in following questions.

We keep a fairly robust ride calendar throughout the riding season, and are always looking for suggestions for more to add to the list. Attendance at our rides is always optional, and we encourage members to join as many as they can! We have rides of all lengths, difficulties, sizes, and durations. Our monthly meetings often include a short ride after for fun, we do local events, and we often connect with neighboring charters across Ohio, and Kentucky as well. We've taken part in group rides that have taken us as far as Canada, Colorado and Tennessee as well. Whatever your ride preference, we're sure to have something that suits your riding style, your schedule, and your comfort level.

Our official charity is The Sub Zero Mission. This organization is based out of Painesville, OH and provides their Stay Alive 5 Warming Items (Hats, Coats, Boots, Gloves, and Sleeping Bags) directly to the homeless across Northeast, OH, and as far as 7 surrounding states. This charity has a special focus on reaching homeless veterans, and has recently stood up a Homeless Veterans Reempowerment Program. We currently participate in their annual Bike Run (June), Reverse Raffle (April), and Stay Alive 5K & 1 Mile Walk (November), as well as periodic Pancake Breakfasts.

We also support the charity Folds of Honor, by participating in the annual Indian Motorcycle Folds of Honor Charity Ride (September). Each member raises funds for Folds of Honor via social media and email by links that are provided by IMC that are linked to their own personal donation pages. In this way they can invite friends and family to join in by supporting our ride and the Folds of Honor cause. Folds of Honor provides scholarship funding for families of fallen or disabled veterans and first responders.

We also support Olivia's Dream. Olivia's Dream has a mission of "providing a rainbow of hope to children & families in need." This charity honors the memory of young Olivia, and her caring and kind nature. Olivia was the niece of one of our members who was tragically lost in an arsonist fire. Olivia started this charity before her passing. Her kindness and dream that no kid go without a gift under the tree lives on through this charity. They provide the gift of hope and smiles to countless families via toy drives, and also have begun a permanent endowment.
